It's great to have "real Chicago stuffed pizza" in central Alabama, but you guys are missing a fortune by not having a location in Tuscaloosa.
College town + pizza = hello !

My husband and I LOVE your pizza. He's a Chicago native and said he hasn't had anything that could compare until he had your deep dish! Keep up the good work! One thing, could you please include the nutritional facts of your food on your website? Thanks!

Your Pizza is great.. it is nice to have your menu & coupons available on-line..It would be better if the whole page would print.. can you fix that.
Thanks.. Best Pizza in Town

My husband and I live right down the road (literally!) from the Pelham location. We can't say enough about the quality of food, the service and the friendly staff. Now that they have begun DELIVERING, we have even more reasons to LOVE Tortugas. We especially love their spinach salads with Italian dressing, their whole-wheat, thin crust pepperoni pizza and their Mexican pizza. It's truly sublime!

My son, John, who must have Tortugas when he is home from Florida sent me an email saying: "Tell Carlos that a fellow expatriated Chicagoian has been suffering a long pulmonary problem and was finally diagnosed, and will probably have to go through chemotherapy for lymphoma, so will not be feeling well, and staying away from people, and the one thing that might make him feel better is a real Chicago style deep dish pizzza, so his daughter Kayla will be driving up to Hoover the weekend of the 1st or 8th from Auburn just to get par-baked pizzas from Tortugas to take back."

Couldn't you have found a better model to stand in front of the store? That homeless guy next to your son looks kinf of scarey.

I miss Tortugas and Carlos!!! I lived right off HWY 150 in Hoover and was so excited to find Tortugas back in 2000. I ate a lot of pizza there and still get it half-baked every time I come through Birmingham on my way home!
